Delete your account

Last updated: November 3, 2026

You can delete your ProQuote Maker account at any time, from inside the app or without it. This page explains both ways, what gets removed, and what we are required to keep.

The short version

In the mobile app, open Settings and tap Delete account: your account and data are removed immediately. No app handy? Email [email protected] and we will delete everything for you, typically within 7 days. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription automatically; cancel it in Google Play first so you are not charged again.

1. Delete from the mobile app (immediate)

Open the app, go to Settings and tap Delete account. After you confirm, the app removes your account and data from our cloud and clears the copy stored on your device in one step. This cannot be undone.

2. Delete by email (no app needed)

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", from the address you signed up with (or tell us that address in the message). We will confirm the request and complete the deletion, typically within 7 days. If you would like a copy of your data before we delete it, ask in the same email.

3. What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

  • Your account, profile and sign-in credentials.
  • Your company details, including bank details you saved for documents.
  • All your quotations, invoices and receipts, and their items.
  • Your client records.
  • Logos and images you uploaded.
  • Usage records tied to your account, such as app-open and login counts.

Copies inside encrypted backups age out on their normal schedule, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. What we must keep, and subscriptions

Two things outlive deletion, and only these:

  • Purchase and transaction records held by Google Play and RevenueCat. They process payments and keep their own records for accounting and tax purposes; we cannot delete those for you.
  • Anonymous usage statistics that are no longer linked to you once your account is gone.

If you have a PRO subscription: deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel the subscription first in Google Play (Profile, then Payments and subscriptions) so future charges stop. Amounts already charged are handled under Google Play's payment and refund terms.

5. Questions

Anything unclear? Email [email protected] and we will help.
